FreeBox TV - BeInSport Cancellation

You wish to cancel the beIN Sports package and are asking for the procedure to follow.

We inform you that the subscription and cancellation related to the paid channels or packages in your TV offer are not automatic and can only be done via the Freebox remote control.
We also inform you that you cannot cancel a paid channel or package during the first month of its activation.

To proceed with the cancellation, we invite you to follow the instructions below:
- from the Freebox TV main menu (Free button), go to the "Applications" menu from the "Settings" section, then Manage my account;
- select "Channel Catalog";
- the list of channels you are subscribed to will appear; you simply need to position the selector on the one you wish to cancel and then press the OK button.

We remind you that the billing for TV options is done at the end of the month. Consequently, the last payment related to the canceled package will be withdrawn the month following the effective date of the cancellation.
