Hello,

I have never subscribed to any paid channels on Free, but like many Free users, I have been charged €9.99 every month for three months, and now they are having fun adding a paid channel for €1.99 each month, knowing that these are channels I do not have. My problem: when I press and hold on info, option, I end up on a page where the choices are "express subscription" or "discover," but there's no "unsubscribe." What should I do? Can someone explain this to me? Thank you for your responses.

Normaly you press free on the remote control, you go to subscription management and you should find it there.

  From the remote control You need to go to Free, then in settings manage my account, subscription management, there you have your subscriptions you click on them and you are asked for the purchase code and then you unsubscribe finally, you can choose to stay until the end of the month to enjoy it, they will ask you for the purchase code again and then you can exit.
  I want to tell you that Free doesn't give you the right tip!!! lol They told me to go to the video club, I could still be looking!! lol

you just need to log in so that free automatically selects the type of freebox you have, and therefore the correct procedures to follow for this kind of operation.

Having subscribed to a service to test the purchase code on a mini 4K, I struggled to deactivate it.
I followed the advice dated 03/17/16 and it helped me:

- on any channel
- click OK
- At the bottom it reads: "program guide" "evening program" on a red background
- line below "TV options" - scroll down with the numeric keypad of the remote control on this line
- the Freebox TV line appears
Go to this line and you see several commands including "manage my account"
Press OK and eureka, you can finally manage subscriptions and the purchase code
It is still not very intuitive; one might wish to be able to do this from the settings or from a computer.

Go to the FREE homepage,
select on the left: the OPTION:,
- Settings - AND THE FOLLOWING BELOW
- TV Subscriptions and Codes
- Subscription to the TV option,
on the right, disable the "no-yes" option using the remote by switching to "NO"
See the comments at the bottom of the screen regarding the reasons for a subscription that allows access to all TNT channels, etc.
