Activation in progress please wait

I live in an apartment, and while I was watching television (Free), suddenly there was no more image on the screen, just a message in the top left corner saying "activation in progress, please wait"....... at the same time, it seems that my new neighbors are talking about "TV connection"!!!!!! Could their connection have an impact on the functioning of my Freebox?
For now, it's been half an hour since we have nothing but a black screen with Free written in the middle.
