Ciel management software: printing issue

Hello everyone,

After searching for a long time on the web, I could not find a solution to my problem.

Here it is: I am using Ciel Commercial Management, and I modified my invoice template in the customizable states. I am having no trouble with that, but once I try to print it or export it to PDF, it only appears on part of the page and does not take up the whole space (only 2/3 or 3/4)...

Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this problem?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 537.1

    Hello,

    I might have the solution since I just encountered the problem on Windows 7.
    Steps: click on
    Start - Control Panel - Appearance and Personalization - Display - in the window, on the left bar: Set custom text size (DPI) - Set to 100%.
    For my part, I no longer have printing issues, but you shouldn't be a fool. I only reduce when I work under CIEL.

    I have the same problem with PDF generation in Ciel Gestion Commerciale (17.0). Have you found a solution?
