Hello,
I have Ciel Gestion Commerciale version 12.3 and I cannot print my documents, whether sales invoices, purchase invoices, or account statements, in A4 format (21x29.7); the printing always happens in A5 format (16x24)!
I’ve tried everything: customizable reports, print options...
With my old printer, I could zoom in for printing and the problem was partially resolved...
The same issue occurs with Ciel Compta. And I’m spending an awful lot of time trying to fix this problem.
Thank you in advance for your responses.
Have a good day
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Good evening,
As JLCAP says, that’s exactly what needs to be done; I also found this solution but the drawback is that we lose 25% of zoom on the overall display which is set to 125% by default on Windows (window, desktop, browser, etc.).
I've rarely seen a software that doesn’t natively support these 125 dpi!!
With Word, for instance, we don’t have this problem... among others.
Why hasn’t "Ciel" fixed this major issue (especially with printing) with their update, especially since they are aware of the problem?

Hello,
I assume the problem is not with your software, but with your printer. You should first try installing the updated version of its drivers...

Hello,
I am experiencing the same problem and it is not related to the printer.
In PDF version and displayed on the screen, the margins appear as lolote explains.
For my part, I even have the date and the mention good for agreement which cannot be displayed fully. On my previous computer, it worked perfectly.

Hello,
I have the same problem as Lolotte and for my part, it doesn't come from my printer because the margins appear on the screen. I've tried with Acrobat Reader version 7.0 and 9, without success. On my previous PC, I didn't have this problem...
As for me, in addition to the appearance of these margins, the billing or quote date cannot be displayed (as if the box is too small)????
The mysteries of the sky!!!! What is certain is that I’m not advertising this brand!!!!
Fortunately, forums exist!!!

Ciel only works with fonts at 100% of their size. You must have chosen fonts at 125% of their size (or more), not in Ciel but in Windows. Therefore, you need to go to the Windows display settings and choose 100% as the font size on the screen. That's what worked in my case.
Hello
We have the same issue, the invoices appear normal on the screen but when "viewing in PDF" or printing, they come out smaller!
Who can help us?
Another question:
We tried to change the default A4 format for the "client piece drawings" in Options then Parameterized States thinking that it was coming from the default A4 format, but even once the other format is checked as "default", it continues to open and create my invoices in A4 format, even though it is no longer the default...
Thank you in advance
