Hello,
I am having a problem with my Ciel commercial management network software.
An error message appears when I open it:
"Error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a certain period of time, or an established connection failed because the connection host did not respond (0x0000274C)
If anyone can help me....

Hello Chris, I have the same problem as you, have you found a solution? Thank you in advance!!! Delphine
I think I found it.
It was due to the fact that it was looking for a file at startup over the network that it couldn't reach.
To fix this, go to Folder / Options / Preferences / General / Startup and then choose "do nothing" or change the specified path.

No one to respond because I also have this problem, and even after restarting, I'm still getting the same error message.

Hello everyone, I am the manager of a small company and I had a problem with a stolen laptop, I think my installation CD was stolen as well.
A week ago, my server crashed and it was impossible to recover the Windows data with Ciel commercial management installed... Fortunately, the data folders were backed up on an external hard drive, so we can still work with Ciel locally. I bought a new server, but now I'm left with my Ciel V13.3 box empty and my license number. I tried calling Ciel, for them, there's only one solution: Ciel commercial management network 2015 and €1000, even though the software was purchased a year ago...
My question: does any of you have the CD of this version and could send it to me via transfer??
