I had the same problem as you and I managed to get through it by going into the Outlook 2013 settings and in the SEND/RECEIVE tab then Send/Receive Groups... Set up Send/Receive groups... you select your Orange account address and then in account properties, you have 4 tabs that appear... you select the OUTGOING SERVER tab. You check "my outgoing server requires authentication" and you check the box below "use the same settings as my incoming server". OK and everything worked again after. Don't forget to exit Outlook and re-enter the program to initialize everything. It does it good from time to time. I find this version a bit buggy compared to the reliability of my old 2003. Anyway, it worked again with this method. Have a good day everyone.
