Hello,
I sent a package via Colissimo on 11/07/2009. As of 11/13/2009, this package has still not arrived. After some investigation, I was informed that on 11/12 "the package was redirected at the request of the recipient to an address of their choice."
The recipient never received this package nor redirected it.
WHERE is my package?
I thought Colissimo committed to delivering packages within two days... That is not the case.
What can I do or claim?

I am in a somewhat similar situation. The only difference is that I am expecting 3 different packages: 2 from Amazon, 1 from Alapage. These packages were posted a few days ago and like you, I have neither received them nor returned them, and the message on my Coliposte tracking is "the package has been redirected at the request of the recipient to the address of their choice."

This is quite surprising considering that the packages come from different companies.
I wonder if the postal service is already completely overwhelmed with Christmas shipments and is just posting random information....
