I am also having this sad experience and I confirm that the online store: rue du commerce is not serious at all, and their organization is catastrophic. Order (6751983 placed on August 4th on RDC... just in case) over 4 weeks ago with sending of identity documents etc... but still, I have not received anything from them. And on top of that, they are very aware of it... the only way to contact them from Belgium is to dial a 0800 phone number they give as the only possible contact... the problem is that it's a number that never works from Belgium. There are no other means to contact them, no email provided. After multiple searches, I finally manage to reach them but... nothing is moving and, coincidentally, all the new ways to contact them no longer work or do not provide any response. But my card, however, has been charged without delay... so I fear the worst and the future steps I will have to take to get my money back for this order which will probably never be fulfilled. A real ordeal... I promise to do everything to disclose their practices by all means I find and this until I receive the order or a refund of the sums paid! Do the same if they do not want to expose their management issues publicly; they should organize a real customer service.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service, no communication from your side. After spending hundreds or even thousands of euros with you, I think I will only do business with your main competitors (LDLC, Pixmania) whose customer service is top-notch and prices are similar to yours!
