Rueducommerce: new or used

Hello,
Beginner's question: I'm getting ready to buy a product (smartphone) on rueducommerce for the first time, and I don't know how it works at all. Unlike other online sales sites, there is no indication anywhere whether it's a new or used smartphone.
And on the rest of the site, there is a section called "clearance," but I can't find any general information guaranteeing that rueducommerce, outside of this section, sells only new products... It's also impossible to send them an email.
Anyway, could they provide this very simple info?
