Hello, I would like to know what "in preparation" means because we ordered a PC from Cdiscount and it says it should arrive between the 28th and early May, and we would like to know when it will arrive. Thank you.

    Only the site in question would be able to answer you with any relative precision....

    You have probably noticed that many activities are currently disrupted.... it must be the same for this type of order...

    After all, "in preparation" means exactly what the words say... that it is not yet in the shipping process.....

    In short, ask the customer service of the site... but it is likely that they will be approximate in their commitments....
