DVD Recorder Player TRNS - continents

Solved

Hello,
I just bought a standalone DVD recorder from the brand TRANS-continents, Model PH50HD.
When I watch a DVD, there is a key in a circle on a blue background at the bottom right of my TV screen. And when I record, there is a red dot at the top left of my TV screen. I would like to stop seeing these two logos. I have looked through the manual and didn't find anything about it. I noted the customer service website: www.tecnilog-service.com
But I can't access it.
So if someone can help me resolve these little issues and also provide me with the customer service website, that would be wonderful.
Thank you for your help.

      Hello,
I also have problems with the PH50HD recorder player, and the manual in French would be useful to me.
I see that you had the same issue, and I would be very grateful if you could tell me if you found the solution and possibly how???
Thank you in advance and best regards.

      Hello,
I believe I have found a way to obtain the manual for the PH50HD. I made contact, but I understood that the person wanted a financial contribution.
In any case, I don't have much choice, as I can't use the device without it.
I will keep you informed of the progress of my request, and I kindly ask if you also have a solution that you could share with me.
      Best regards.

I don't know if you still need the French manual for the "TRANS-CONTINENTS PH50HD," but I have it. I bought the device on sale at LECLERC. If you still need it, I can scan it and save it as a (.pdf) file, readable with Adobe Reader or other software.

Today, July 6th, I just read your email. You are an anonymous user; you should register on the forum and provide your email so that if you send me a private message, I can receive it and send you the notice.
Another method, when you are registered and logged into the forum as a member, you can click on the little man to the left of fulminancius and there you should be able to retrieve my email address and send me a message.

    try your luck here: http://www.siemtech.tv/index.php?manufacturers_id=11&sort=2a&filter_id=22

Transcontinent, being a subsidiary of the multinational Siemtech, we should be able to find a product that is the same as the PH50HD. I haven't registered as a customer, but I'm at least providing you with a small lead.
    Happy New Year 2007

Sorry, I don't check this email box often. I prepared a PDF file of the user manual for the Transcontinents PH50HD DVD recorder this morning, the file is 7.031 KB uncompressed and 6.781 KB in .7z (PDF file compressed with 7Zip).
According to your provider, this file size might not go through as an attachment in a message, I can split it into parts of approximately 1 MB using 7Zip, a compression and decompression software that also allows splitting and merging files.
If you're still interested, you would need to complete your profile on the forum with an email address or provide one in your reply message so that I can send it to you.

      See you soon.

      Good evening,
First of all, thank you for your proposal, and I thank you in advance for your offer to send me the manual. Indeed, I always find it useful and I would be very satisfied to be able to set up my Recorder Player.
As for the sending, I have the software that will allow me to decompress it for reading.
Thank you in advance for the follow-up.
      Best regards.

      Hello fulminancius
      I'm like a fool without a manual.
Not too much money, I bought the TRNS second-hand for amateur video work.
I would also like to have the manual you put in PDF.
Is it possible for me too? I understand it creates extra work for you, but I really have a tool that I can't use!
      Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry for the delay in responding, but I have several emails and I check this one rather rarely!

Today, Monday, April 19, 2010, I have shared on eMule the User Manual for the Transcontinent PH50HD DVD Recorder
in the form of 2 files
User Manual (FR) DVD Recorder Transcontinents PH50HD.pdf - 7034 Ko
User Manual (FR) DVD Recorder Transcontinents PH50HD.rar - 6850 Ko
To download them, you need to have eMule and perform a search in the archive type for the .rar file
search in the document type for the .pdf file.

    Hello Isabelle
I'm sorry. It's my parents who own this device and they won't be able to respond to me.
However, as soon as I visit them, I'll take a look, but please don't be in a hurry (several months).
    Best regards

Hello, I have the same device that I've never been able to get to work, except for watching a few CDs. As for recording CDs, the user manual is so complicated that I've never managed to do it.
If someone could give me some advice, I would be very grateful. Thank you all in advance.
