Hello,
When I turn on my printer, I can't print or scan a document.
The message "ink system failure" appears on the screen.
I've changed the cartridges, turned the printer off and on again, unplugged it... nothing works!
I noticed that this problem is quite common with HP printers.
On other forums, people mention resetting the printer, but I can't perform the described actions because my printer doesn't have a keypad.
I'm a bit lost!!
If anyone has a solution...!
