Hello everyone,

HP Photosmart B109a-m printer.

Problem:
After a paper jam, my printer shows the following message:
INK SYSTEM FAILURE Oxc 19a 0023.
So it won't print anymore!

I have reset it, unplugged it, cleaned the heads = My printer won't restart!

What could be the cause of this problem after the paper jam (which is very rare)?
How can I troubleshoot this issue?

    Hello,

    I'm answering my own question after finding a solution!

    I did a complete cleaning of the print heads. = Same message!!!
    After consulting the forums, I understood that I have wasted enough time with this problematic brand.

    I will buy another brand with a more serious reputation.
