Hello everyone and Happy New Year 2011,
Here I have a HP Photosmart C5383 printer that displays Ink system failure error code 0xc19a0003. I don't know how to fix the problem. Please, whoever has the solution, help me, thank you in advance.

Hello,
I have the same problem with my HP Photosmart B010.
I followed HP's procedure but there has been no change despite having changed an empty ink cartridge and removing the cartridges.

I keep waiting for the message "Insert cartridges" to show up on the control panel, nothing, nada, zilch!!!!
