Acer Aspire T180-NB7Z Recovery

Hello,

I must admit, I am completely useless at computing. However, I would like to restore my parents' Acer Aspire T180-NB7Z with 1Gb of RAM and 160 Gb of memory, AMD Athlon 64 processor 3500+ running Windows XP.
The computer is not very young, and I would like to restore it to factory settings. The problem is that it has already crashed, and someone reinstalled it with Windows XP Professional SP3, and I don't have a restoration CD.
Can someone explain step by step how to create a restoration CD or by another means, in a clear and detailed way? All this with the goal of getting a usable and functional PC back.

    Hello
    Go to Start, right-click on Computer, Manage, Disk Management, check if you have a partition named PQServices or unnamed at the top of the list.

      Yes, at the top of the list I have "disk 0" connected; marked PQSERVICES 5.85Gb fat 32 healthy (EISA configuration).

      At startup, tap F10 (or hold ALT at the same time), ERecovery should launch and you should be able to perform a factory reset.

      I'm afraid I don't have ERecovery ... I can't find it on my PC or for download on the internet!

      Prepare this Live CD (or USB) of ToutouLinux as indicated in this link: https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/24285-recuperer-ses-donnees-personnelles-avec-toutou-linux
      Start with the CD in the tray, press F12, choose CD ROM (or CD/DVD if option), once on the desktop of Toutoulinux, left click, System, disk management, launch GParted. In the window, right-click on the PQServices partition, Manage flags, check BOOT, apply, let it do its job, verify that Boot is marked at the end of the line, restart without the CD (no need to save), ERecovery should start.

    I also have a problem with an Acer Aspire T180 that I would like to restore to factory settings (without a backup CD). If I launch eRecovery Management, choose to restore factory settings, the PC restarts but goes to XP.

    If I press Alt + F10, it tells me that a file is missing

    minint\system32\KDCOM.dll

    I don't know what to do anymore
    if anyone has a solution
