Anchor system failure on hp

Hello, on my HP Photosmart Wireless B109 n-z, I have the message: ink system failure 0xc19 a 0023. I have turned it off and on, changed the ink cartridges, but the printer is still stuck with the same message. If you have a solution, thank you.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

I have the same issue with my HP C7280
I turn it off, turn it back on, it says "Incorrect shutdown" which I don't care about, I press OK and it works again every time.

But it takes time and it's annoying.
