I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 printer.
I can no longer make prints
I get the following message: "Printer failure - incident on the printer or ink system - Turn the printer off and then on again. If the problem persists, contact HP."

POSSIBLE SOLUTION :
Original HP cartridges are sold for certain areas of the world. For example, a CN051AE cartridge works on a European printer, while a CN051A cartridge does not and will trigger an error message.
So be very careful when ordering, including on Amazon, and pay attention to the reference received.
