Hello,

I have a problem with my HP 6700 premium printer. My printer is no longer working. A message appears, it says: "Printer failure, incident on the printer or ink system. Turn off, then turn on the printer."
Can you help me please?

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 12.1

    Hello,

    As the message indicates, either there is no ink left or the printer has a problem. Check if there is indeed ink in the printer.
