Infinite support ticket (online) fnac

Payment with infinite tickets is only possible in FNAC stores; I also wanted to pay online, but that isn't possible ;-)

Actually, you need to pay in advance when you order online and then send the receipt to the center that manages it (indicated on it) by registered mail!
It costs around 5 euros and you should be reimbursed.

However, I was wondering, if you order books sold by individuals on Fnac, is that taken into account...

Well, I’m correcting my post: FNAC today, against all odds, refused to transfer the money from my Kadeos onto a FNAC gift card, even though it worked perfectly fine before. So I went for it: I found someone in the store who was willing to exchange my Kadeos for money since it works for any purchase in-store and on all products. So exchange the Kadeos for cash, put the cash on a gift card, and use it on fnac.com. Good luck!!!

Kadeos vouchers are really a complete mess.

You can't order on the Fnac website, so we go to the store and, unbelievably, the product we want is €100, which makes it pointless.

We think, never mind, we'll go to the competitors: Darty, Boulanger online, and incredibly once again, it's impossible to pay online. We check the stock in the stores to see if the products are available, and of course, no, since online sites have many more references than the stores.

So we start looking on the internet. We see lots of people paying with them on Mistergooddeal. We go to the site, find the product and it's cheap too, but when it comes time to pay, it's impossible to use the vouchers. Total incomprehension. After quite a bit of time looking into it, we realize that the voucher option only exists for certain products...so we're out of luck.

Too bad, we give up, we shouldn't aim too high, we'll just use them up little by little at the Fnac store by buying books, and then by pure chance, we come across a message saying that we can't use the vouchers at Fnac for books.

In short, Kadeos vouchers are now confetti, and next time refuse them at all costs, it will save you time for not much in return.

..So false advertising since it is clearly stated on the infinite ticket bundles the logo "fnac.com" (and not just "fnac").
