A little tip for those who are interested. It is possible to convert your Kadeo vouchers into Fnac gift cards, and then you can shop online with the gift card and that's it!

Payment with infinite tickets is only possible in FNAC stores; I also wanted to pay online, but that isn't possible ;-)

Actually, you need to pay in advance when you order online and then send the receipt to the center that manages it (indicated on it) by registered mail!
It costs around 5 euros and you should be reimbursed.

However, I was wondering, if you order books sold by individuals on Fnac, is that taken into account...

Yeah, it's really annoying!
I recently got some cultural vouchers, and I thought I could use them online (Amazon, Cultura, etc.), but impossible! The tickets specify that they are not accepted on the FNAC website, okay. Well, to be fair, the FNAC just opened here (Ajaccio-Corsica) a few months ago, but still... I searched online and there was talk about infinity tickets saying that with those you could order online. Joy! I got some a few days ago! And surprise, while trying to order on Cultura (which doesn't exist in Ajaccio), it was impossible to use the vouchers. So I admit I really don't understand these vouchers anymore... Well, I did wonder what code I needed to enter, and that's what made me realize. In the end, I'm going to stop accepting them because for you, it’s fine, you have plenty of choices on the mainland, but us, we have nothing... Or at least a few stores, but they don’t necessarily sell what we’re looking for. Anyway... Well, I’m correcting my post: FNAC today, against all odds, refused to transfer the money from my Kadeos onto a FNAC gift card, even though it worked perfectly fine before. So I went for it: I found someone in the store who was willing to exchange my Kadeos for money since it works for any purchase in-store and on all products. So exchange the Kadeos for cash, put the cash on a gift card, and use it on fnac.com. Good luck!!!

Kadeos vouchers are really a complete mess.

You can't order on the Fnac website, so we go to the store and, unbelievably, the product we want is €100, which makes it pointless.

We think, never mind, we'll go to the competitors: Darty, Boulanger online, and incredibly once again, it's impossible to pay online. We check the stock in the stores to see if the products are available, and of course, no, since online sites have many more references than the stores.

So we start looking on the internet. We see lots of people paying with them on Mistergooddeal. We go to the site, find the product and it's cheap too, but when it comes time to pay, it's impossible to use the vouchers. Total incomprehension. After quite a bit of time looking into it, we realize that the voucher option only exists for certain products...so we're out of luck.

Too bad, we give up, we shouldn't aim too high, we'll just use them up little by little at the Fnac store by buying books, and then by pure chance, we come across a message saying that we can't use the vouchers at Fnac for books.

In short, Kadeos vouchers are now confetti, and next time refuse them at all costs, it will save you time for not much in return.

..So false advertising since it is clearly stated on the infinite ticket bundles the logo "fnac.com" (and not just "fnac").

The Fnac.com logo is the logo of the stores.
On your bundle of Kadéos tickets, you can see the mention "off the website" just below the Fnac logo.
And yes, before jumping to the traditional "false advertising" that the French are so fond of, one should check not to come off as a jerk by simply being unable to read the instruction manual. Q.E.D. my dear "Basic Consumer."
