Issue with Fnac gift vouchers

Hello,
I have had 100 euros on my Fnac gift account for a while now, which I would like to use for my order today.
However, at no point during the ordering process do I see how to use it.
I searched on the Fnac help page (http://selfservice.fnac.com/selfservice_FR/template.do?id=8023) and it explains that at the time of payment, I should see a banner saying "I have a discount," but I do not see that, only "enter a promo code."
No forum has helped me, so I'm asking if there is a miracle solution, or a detail that I may have missed.
