Bonjour,
voila j'ai un dell vostro 1015 sous vista et suite à une MAJ j'ai eu un problème de son avec smart audio conexant
je n'ai pas perdu le son mais il n'est plus claire quand j'écoute de la musique ca bourdonne et coupe le morceau de temps à autre enfin cela me dérange
Je ne peux plus réinstaller le driver ça me donne message d'erreur périphérique introuvable

il applique ce qui veut comme logiciel et refuse ce que je lui propose désobéissant lol
Désinstalles l'ancien pilote puis essaies de l'installer manuellement via le gestionnaire de périphériques
Télécharge et installe --> Everest-Ultimate, regarde --> ici pour le rapport, ensuite copie et colle-le dans ton prochain post. Pour le rapport, arrête --> après le DMI.
PS : supprime l'adresse e-mail si présente dans le rapport.

Dans le gestionnaire de périphériques, fais un clic droit sur: "conexant hd audio
" => propriété => détails.
Dans le menu déroulant sélectionne : "numéro d'identification du matériel".
Poste les renseignements. (suite de chiffres et de lettres)
copie seulement la première ligne, c'est suffisant.

sur le site dell il y a une mise à jour du bios qui concerne les problèmes audio pour les vostro 1015.

le mieux pour contrôler la version actuelle serait d'ouvrir le bios et d'y chercher les infos.

c'est une vieille version, par contre si ton pc est toujours sous garantie tu devrais appeler Dell pour leur faire part de ton problème, il te feront surement faire des manip comme des mises à jour de pilotes et peut être aussi te demanderont-ils de mettre à jour le bios.
