Printing issue with HP Photosmart B209a

Solved

Hello,
I changed all the cartridges (HP) in my printer (Photosmart B209a), and since then I haven't been able to print in black even though the colors work
if I print a document that is only black, a blank page comes out, but if there are only colors it works
my black cartridge is recognized because I can see the ink level

in addition, I cleaned the print heads and that didn’t change anything, updated my drivers, but when aligning the print heads, there is a problem during the scanning phase, it tells me that the document is not detected

does anyone have any ideas?
thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.3

I just had the same problem. What do you mean by "reset the printer"?
Reinstall the driver? Turn it off and then on again? Restart the computer???

I have the same problem. These are brand new FRU cassettes and uninstalling/reinstalling still results in the same issue. Could it be an HP problem???
