Problem with HP Photosmart C5290 printer

Hello everyone.
I've decided to reach out to you because my HP Photosmart C5290 printer has a small issue that prevents me from printing or scanning anything.
Indeed, when I turn on my printer, it displays the following message: "Open door. Close the cartridge access door". However, I have checked the tray several times, and it is properly closed. I've tried unplugging everything, then reconnecting the cables, opening and closing the door ten times, reinstalling the printer... But as I mentioned earlier, nothing has worked.
Just a week ago, my printer was working fine. But after reinstalling Windows on my computer, and the printer drivers at the same time, I noticed the problem. I don’t think this detail is related to my issue, but I figured it was worth mentioning just in case.
So, I hope to come across someone who might be able to help me because I can no longer print any documents, and it would really bother me to return a printer that has only been at home for three months. Thank you in advance.

message: lift the lid and remove the adhesive from the cartridge - but this has been done and I still have the same message -

I also have problems with the HP 5290, I can't print CDs, the same thing, lowering the door, it annoys me........
In my opinion, it needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled, but it might be ISTA, I don't know..
But it's annoying, especially since I already returned it and it was exchanged for me, and I wasn't the only one in this case.
Let's return it... -
It was apparently a hardware issue; I therefore had to exchange my printer for a new one.
I just hope not to encounter the same problem in a few months...
