Quel syptômes ? l' afficheur dit quoi ?
Pense a redémarrer la box . Branchement en cable Ethernet indispensable pour la 1ère installation.
Une aide tutoriel si besoin sur Alicebox V5 pour l'installation.
dégroupage partiel = tu es donc en zone dégroupée avec encore ton abonnement à FT
Sinon voir "Résoudre" ici (Freebox V5 = Alicebox V5)

si aucun résultats après tes tests, tu peux venir ICI on remontera ton souci auprès de techniciens Alice/Free.
