Impossible d'executer taskmgr.exe

Bonjour à tous. Après avoir voulu installer le jeu "Pacman" je me suis retrouvé avec une fenêtre qui ne cessait d'apparaitre où on me parlait de travian... J'ai voulu voir de quel processus il s'agissait mais à ma grande surprise le système dit "Windows ne trouve pas 'C:\Windows\taskmgr.exe'. vérifiez que vous avez entré le nom correct, puis réessayez." Je n'ai plus accès au gestionnaire de tâches et je n'arrive plus aussi à exécuter des fichiers .reg
J'ai parcourus plusieurs forums concernant ce sujet et on parlait du "hijackthis", alors voila le mien, je vous en pris aidez moi:
