Hello,

I want to know why my GPS VD Tech NVA 035-001 displays the map upside down and the names of the cities the right way when I set the map of France to be fully visible!!!! Second question, I would like to know if there is a way to make it pick up the satellite because for my route calculations it only works with the simulation option and not with ALL.... thank you for everything because I also don’t have a user manual!!!! Strange but I got it as a gift!!!! Thanks to all of you!

    5. Navigation
    After selecting the destination and calculating the route, the system computes the optimized route and launches navigation.
    All the information you need for driving is provided clearly and comprehensively on the navigation route map, please refer to Chapter 2.3. You can also set additional navigation parameters
    and perform other navigation-related operations in the navigation route menu.
    ? On the "Navigation Route Map" screen, tap on Main Menu to access the navigation route menu.

    5.1 Map Options
    You can access the Map Options from both the free navigation menu and the navigation route menu.

    The available Map Options functions are as follows:
    1. Auto-rotation of the map
    "Heading up": The map is rotated based on the direction of travel.

    "North up": The map is locked with north at the top, allowing you to see the driving conditions ahead of you.

    I think it's a gift from Viking.
    I had the same one and mine lights up in a very bright white which makes it impossible to see anything.
    The customer service "bluetech" doesn't want to know anything, it needs to be Viking who takes the steps for replacement but they don't handle the customer service for gifts.
    I think it will end up in the trash.

    Hi. For your map upside down, go to navigator then menu then map options, you have the choice between "north up" and "track up," click on "track up."
    For the manual, it is integrated into the system and you can access it by connecting the GPS to your computer via the USB cable. In File Explorer, you find the GPS and you will find what you want.

    Geolocation only works outside; if you're at home, the signal doesn't get through. Try it on the balcony or at your window. I had the same problem ;)
