No playable file SD on digital photo frame

Hello,
I bought an SD card for a digital photo frame (a Christmas gift). After transferring about a hundred photos to my card, I can no longer add the others (around 400 in total). After consulting how it works.net, I was advised to format my card. Initially, I formatted it in FAT, but the problem persists. I eventually formatted it in NTFS after receiving further advice on the site, and miraculously, all the photos were accepted. The problem is that since formatting, my digital frame can no longer read my card "no playable file".
I should mention that I have no problem reading my card on my computer.
Can someone help me and share their experience? Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

You're a magician, it works!!! I'll summarize in case this happens to someone else:

- formatting the card in FAT by default: problem with transferring photos to the card. about 150 / 400 and everything stops.
- formatting the card in NTFS: all photos are transferred to the card, but no way to read them on the digital photo frame "no playable file"
- following your advice, reformatting the card again, but in FAT 32 format and everything is fine, photo transfer, and reading on the frame.

thanks again and happy holidays!

you don't have a format function on your camera or frame
there's no reason for it not to have worked but anyway
the only solution is to format it differently

Hi and thanks for your reply, but you must have understood that I’m not a high-tech pro... So you’re suggesting that I:
- try formatting my SD card in a different format (FAT)?
- try formatting my digital frame, I looked at the manual, there’s no format function. But can I do it by connecting my frame to the computer?

Thanks in advance.

try the first solution
otherwise there’s a stupid thing but I don’t know if you’ve seen it, there’s a lock button on the side that you can slide up and down on the SD card that can prevent writing, make sure it’s in the right position

otherwise my second idea is if you have a digital camera with an SD card or mp4, you can format your card with it, that works pretty much the same way
