Hello.
Following a power outage and the restoration of the power supply, my digital photo frame turned on by itself and, since then, displays the photos as if they were in negative. I checked the content of the SD card on my computer and the photos are normal. So it must be coming from the frame.
Does anyone know this problem and, above all, the possible solution?
Thank you in advance.

Hi
You must have a Reset button somewhere on this frame.... just that and then put your card back in.

Look at the manual carefully, sometimes the reset is a combination of these keys.
Otherwise, you may have a utility CD to reformat or reset from the PC.

How is it powered? Can you remove the battery or the batteries?
Without power, it should reset itself to 0.

Good evening.
Tonight, a miracle! I turned on the frame just in case, and, surprise, it works perfectly. Now we just have to see how long this will last. In any case, let's consider the problem solved.
For your information, I had sent an email to Acomax, who replied that they were not aware of such an issue, and advised me to contact the reseller (the usual ping-pong, basically). When you visit their site, you realize they are an importer of products made in China. No comment.
Anyway, thanks to furtif for his advice and maybe see you next time.
