Digital photo frame display issue

Hello,
I got a PHILIPS SPF2027 digital photo frame for Christmas, the problem is that during the slideshow (when the photos are scrolling) there is a vertical white line in the middle of the pictures and in the bottom left corner of the screen it says "imagen pro"; on this same side the photo is not clear, it really doesn’t look good.
I’m sure there must be a setting for this but I haven't found it.
If anyone has the solution, that would be really cool.
Thanks

You should know that, apart from a few high-end models, the visual quality of photo frames is, let's say, ugly due to low or very low resolution (I saw a photo frame on sale last week in a hypermarket for €250 that had a resolution of 480x376!) and often, in addition to not being able to have good quality, you often have to resize the photos to fit within the frame's limitations.
This seems to be your case. It may be able to display them, but the information is too large, and therefore it "saturates." So, first, try reducing the resolution size of the photos (you can do this, for example, with Paint, GIMP, or almost any photo editing software) within its limits.

With Image Resizer, there is an assistant for transferring photos to digital frames. If you have the originals of the photos, I suggest you download VSO Image Resizer and transfer your photos again with this free tool. It will also resize your photos to optimize space on your photo frame so you can fit even more photos.

I did it and I didn’t have any quality issues.
