Hello everyone.
I have a problem since this morning, my PC is stuck on the blue HP startup screen with:
F10 configuration
Escape Boot menu
F11 System recovery
F12 Diagnostics
My desktop PC turns on, makes a normal sound, and remains stuck on this screen. I disconnected all peripherals, nothing happens. If I press Escape or F10 it says executing but does not proceed.
I would like to understand how this can happen overnight. I haven’t had a power failure, nor a drop or any other action that could have damaged the PC.
I wondered if a component had burned out during the night (which seems unlikely since it wasn’t running and turned off properly) I don’t know much about components.
I’m reaching out for your valuable help, as I’m a bit stressed that all the data on my hard drive might be lost...
Thank you for your responses, and sorry if this topic has already been addressed, I looked thoroughly and found no answers in other threads.
Best regards
