My PC is stuck on the HP logo.

Hello everyone, here is my problem: when I turn on my computer (it's a desktop PC running Windows 10), it gets stuck on the screen where the HP logo appears, or if I press one of the command keys like F10, F11, or Escape, it shows a black screen with the function assigned to the key at the bottom right.

    Do you have a DVD? USB flash drive? ISO? of your Windows 10?

    To attempt a startup repair or reinstall?

    If you want to test or save your data, you can create a disk or USB with AOMEI PE Builder.
