Hello,
I tried to restore the sound on someone else's computer, and since I reinstalled Windows, the computer stays stuck on the lock screen. There is no cursor or the box to enter the password anymore. Nothing except the internet signal icon, the time and date, and the wallpaper

I'm getting to the lock screen, but Ctrl Alt Delete isn't working, even when I press the keys at the same time or not. I press any key, the icons (the date, the day, etc.) appear, then a blue loading circle shows up on my mouse cursor, and then it goes back to the lock screen with the date and day. I don't have any session or password prompt that appears.

I was in the same situation and by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE at the same time, it unlocked me.
