Lenovo laptop startup issue

Hello,
When I try to turn on my computer, it shows a white screen with the manufacturer's logo (Lenovo) and stops there. I've tried restarting several times and it doesn’t work. Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7

    You must hold the power button for a moment until the PC completely turns off, then restart by pressing the power button. The problem is known with Lenovo, repeat the process if it's not working.
    The PC will eventually restart.

      The problem is my computer doesn't have a battery. Moreover, it was off for 3 months and has now turned back on. It worked for 1 week and when I wanted to power it down, it turned off again.
