Hello, you should not open this message at all. I've had it several times too, so please forward it to "abuse@orange.fr".

me too...........
I got a call last week telling me that there was an excessive withdrawal from my account and that they would rectify it

then I received the same email as you....

I'M STARTING to have questions: was that phone call fake OR is there a mole at Orange
who knows all the information

Once a week I also get intrusion messages on my Orange account and have to fill out a form
which I don’t do.

If this continues I will call them, file a report, and file a complaint.
Because I imagine that people have been scammed.

Furthermore, what about online card payments..... it’s enough to make you shudder!

I just received an email from "contact.orange". They are asking me to fill out a form with my bank details in order to refund me, following a withdrawal error: 2 times €59.90 instead of once...
If an operator has your details to debit you, don't they have the same to refund you?... Another big scam. BE CAREFUL

I just received an identical email from service.orange.fr. It concerns an error with two withdrawals of €29.90. It also requests all banking information + credit card number. It's quite shocking. A lot of unsuspecting people must be getting scammed.

They changed the title; they are going through Crédit Agricole now, same email, same name.

Nothing could be simpler:

All you need is a buddy (or a "cousin" working at Orange, who only takes a few seconds to send a list of thousands of potential pigeons to Morocco...)

And, from Morocco or Ivory Coast, you have enough material to extract several hundred thousand euros from gullible French people, some of whom have even donated their old computer to you under "solidarity."

And there you go: This week, I received no less than FOUR!

Just now, another one of the same style, but for the sender's email address, they managed to put a fake address ........@orange, I didn't even notice, straight to the spam folder.

I really like people who live in wild areas in harmony with the nature around them, it's a shame that PCs have come to disturb their peace.

Have a good weekend and stay vigilant.

Hello,
I just received a suspicious message supposedly from Orange (from centre@orange.fr)

Are you sure this is a scam?
(Thank you for the responses that many of you are sending on this site which provides daily assistance to internet users.)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear customer:

This email is sent to you following an emergency situation. A technical failure in one of our software programs managing customer accounts has resulted in the deletion of data related to the files of some of our subscribers. The direct consequence has been the deactivation of the provided services (ADSL, telephony, email...)
In fear that the problem may spread to the rest of our customers, you are called upon to provide the necessary information to update your file. To avoid the deletion of the aforementioned services, you must respond to this email by clicking on the link below and provide some information including a reachable phone number so that our customer service can contact you upon receipt of your file. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this incident.

Click here to establish your file

Note:
A negligence of this email would result in the deletion of the provided services for which Orange disclaims all responsibility.

I also received the same message as you, and the worst part is that I was disconnected for 2 days. No internet, no phone, exactly like in the message... I managed to do what was necessary to regain my internet access. It was only after that I saw this message in my inbox. It seems that since I didn’t follow up, “they” disconnected me.
I don’t really believe it, but it’s still a huge coincidence. I called Orange, and the guy was skeptical, telling me that there was no risk of an intruder being able to disable our services remotely. Maybe, but the email states:
A technical failure in one of our software systems managing customer accounts resulted in the deletion of data related to the files of some of our subscribers. The direct consequence was the deactivation of the services provided (ADSL, telephony, email...)

And that’s exactly the deactivation of my services that I experienced, as if all my data had been deleted.
I forwarded a copy of this email to the abuse department, just for information.
Let me know if anyone else has had a similar experience.
Good evening

Same for me, I received a message from orane alerte.fr stating that an amount of €59.80 was charged twice, and at the bottom they wrote €58.80... lol the message is full of spelling mistakes. I replied, pointing out that before trying to scam poor people, they should learn to write a message without spelling errors, poor idiots!!!!!! But I think the message wasn't received.

Hello!

I've also started receiving this kind of email for the last 2 weeks!
This week, I called Orange to find out more! Indeed, these are spam emails that get through the spam filters by using an address with the word Orange in it....
The person I spoke to gave me an email address to send those spam emails to; this way, they can trace them back to the source and deal with them!!
Here’s the email address: abuse@orange.fr

Good luck to everyone!!

Hello,
I also received an email from centre@orange.fr saying that they were missing important information regarding my account. They provide a link, but fortunately it doesn't work.
Here is a copy of what I received.
If anyone has also received it, I would like to know in order to take action.
What a mess this web is!
Best regards.

Hello kharkam,

The first question is indeed whether you are an ORANGE customer... in which case this message may be TRUE.

I receive this type of message online every month notifying me that my bill is on the ORANGE site. I can therefore view and print it if I wish by clicking the link "by clicking here".

Have a good weekend

I just received a similar message with a link that I clicked on, where of course I was asked for my credit card number. I sent a copy of this email to abuse@orange.fr, who of course replied to not respond to this message (that wasn't my intention either...)
Out of curiosity, I went back to the link and it no longer works. That's rather good news!

The internet is great, but hello scams!

Yes, of course, I quickly understood the abuse, especially since I never pay by direct debit.
However, I clicked on the link, dissected the URL, and sent a message to the domain owner.
He replied in 30 minutes, "link removed" "subscriber removed," but still no response from orange abuse.fr.
Orange knows how to take the money but doesn't do its job and sells its databases (that's what I think).

Good evening,

Orange is not doing its job. For several months now, these emails trying to deceive us have been circulating.
Of course we can detect them because they are riddled with spelling mistakes, but how many people are not very proficient in spelling? In the end, they get caught.

Orange could stop this scourge but does nothing.

See you,
Hubert

Hello
yes Orange reeks of scam to the full nose me too after I canceled my subscription I received a few days later a letter in the form of a bill for 240 euros I sent them a letter asking what this amount corresponds to because I have always paid my subscriptions but they are unable to respond where they found this amount they are first class crooks and swindlers it's a way to get rich with the crisis and it's very easy because since the crisis it's the rich who collect the money and the poor who pay

(PS) if you don't want to get scammed become a scammer yourself

Hello everyone, this is the third time I receive the same email regarding a withdrawal of 132 euros from my account. I do not respond to the questionnaire. Should I file a complaint for this attempted scam, and to whom? Thank you for your genuine responses.

Evidently, Mr. Lepilliet Patrice is now working for Crédit Agricole. I just received one of his fake emails saying that an amount of €250 has been withdrawn from my account several times and that this problem affects more than 950 people.

A little message for the fraudsters:
Gentlemen scammers, maybe you should think about changing your names or recycling yourselves, because phishing will eventually land you in jail since you leave a trace of your passage without even realizing it.

A message from Mr. Fabrice André, Orange service director, regarding a double speed of €59.95. The link to the famous form is not working, but I will still report all this to the REAL Orange customer service, you never know, they might forward the information...

I fell victim to this scam and like a fool, I filled out the form!!!! Ugh, what steps should I take????

If there are ignorant people on this planet, it's certainly those who get scammed by scams and not those who create them. (By the way, it's clear that what I'm saying here is true, unfortunately)

So buying yourself a brain would be a good solution.

Same kind of scam for me:
Dear subscriber:

In order to benefit from a correction, you are urgently invited to properly fill out the form sent in this message.
Click below to fill out your form:

<I " http://www.autografo.tv/Connections/formulaire/chargement.htm " I>

Hello everyone, I also received this email from "sealedalsilmanst.fr"; the simplest thing to do when in doubt is to contact Orange by phone, it's the most reliable method.
