Ciel Compta: Serious Error...

Hello,

When I go to my list of entries, one of them is grayed out (actually in green) and when I click on it, a window appears with this message:
"A serious error has been detected in the input file. Would you like to run the repair utility?"

So I click on "Yes"

And 2 new windows appear:
"All windows must be closed to continue" (which is already the case)
and
"Error: The entry you want to open is already being modified"

I click OK on both windows and of course nothing has changed.

Additionally, I cannot delete this entry either.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? 
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.10

    Hello,

    I don't have Ciel compta facile on hand, so I'm giving you the solution for Ciel compta évolution. You may not have exactly the same labels.

    You should try repairing the entries through the menu File / Options / Utilities / Accounting, then double click on repair entries.

      So it's the software Ciel Compta Facile 1.0
      I managed to access the blocked entry (that's already something!) but I can't modify or delete the entry!
      So it's impossible to forward the accounts to the accountant...

      I'm looking forward to your solutions! Thanks again!

    I have the same issue and it's blocking the closing of the fiscal year...

    Ciel accounted for 2008 / Go to File then Options then Utilities then Accounting then Repair entry entry, and it works...good luck...

      Hello, similar problem, unable to close the file, repairing gives nothing.. & Ciel is asking me for over 200 euros for assistance... to answer a question.. It's abusive, but given their monopoly situation, please help !!
