Hello,
I have a Triton 500 for a few weeks now, and I'm very happy with it, but last Saturday during my hike, I was surprised to find ... I turned on my GPS and it froze, the welcome screen appears, the loading bar loads, and it freezes ... I can't even turn it off, I have to remove the batteries ... can someone help me please? Second question, can we find the Europe topo ... because I have the USA version as I split my life between the two countries ... and does the Belgian topo exist ... thank you all ...

You need to reinstall the ROM by following the procedure below to the letter.
You will find all the information and files with photos on their website, with the following link:

ROM Reinstallation
To reinstall the ROM on your device, please follow the instructions below.

* Click on Download and save the T500_ROM.zip file to the root of an SD card.

* Unzip the file.

* Open the T500_ROM folder and copy the contents of this folder (and not the folder itself) to the root of an SD card.

* Make sure your device's batteries are fully charged, and that the device is turned off. Insert the SD card into the device.

* Turn on the device by pressing ESC + POWER + BACKLIGHT simultaneously.

* Scroll and select E) Update Eboot.bin and press the Enter key.


* When the message "OK. Please reset..." appears, turn off the device by pressing ESC + center of the joystick + POWER simultaneously.

* Once the device is off, press ESC + POWER + BACKLIGHT simultaneously.

* Scroll the cursor and select S) Update Stepldr.bin and press the center of the joystick to confirm.


* When the message "OK. Please reset..." appears, turn off the device by pressing ESC + center of the joystick + POWER simultaneously.

* Once the device is off, press ESC + POWER + BACKLIGHT simultaneously.

* Scroll the cursor and select K) Update NK.bin and press the center of the joystick to confirm. This will take about 3 minutes.


* Once the device restarts, turn off the device by pressing ESC + center of the joystick + POWER simultaneously.

* Turn on the device by pressing UP + POWER + BACKLIGHT simultaneously. Select Yes if you see a message "Folder already exists. Do you want to delete it?" and press the center of the joystick to confirm.


* This will take about 5 minutes. When you see a message "Now remove SD card and reboot device" remove the SD card and turn off the device by pressing ESC + center of the joystick + POWER simultaneously.


* Your device is now ready for use.

Can you help me find the corresponding T400_ROM.zip file?
After exploring the indicated site, I found a update file Triton400_Update_v1.78.zip which does not contain the corresponding file for the Update Eboot.bin command...
HELP!
