Personnellement, je te dirai d'installer un anti spyware en résident tel que :

sinon Antivir et Malwarebyte's sont très bien.

Si tu pratiques du Peer To Peer : IL FAUT ABSOLUMENT ANALYSER TOUT CE QUE TU TELECHARGES !
