Merci pour votre prompte réponse. Il y a quelques semaines à chaque ouverture bureau, ont apparu deux pavés(?) disant: erreur de chargement C:\windows\System32\MSA64CHK.dll (le second pavé portait autre nº que je ne me rappelle plus). Puis j'ai connu les problèmes de video conférence. En" tripotant" , par hasard donc, j'ai pu quitter un texte mais l'autre résiste. En quittant le premier ma videoconf. a refonctionné 1 jour, puis blocage.Merci beaucoup pour votre aimable et rapide intervention. Je dois vous réaffirmer que je suis débutant (78ans) et perdu dans mon pc. mais je n'abandonne pas facilement. Je croise les doigts. J'ai fait de multiples restaurations mais sans résultat Encore merci!

Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Classes \ CLSID \ {582788CA-7014-4904-A4EE-6FB6108AFE8E}', if it exists.
Browse to the key:
'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run'. In the right pane, delete the value called 'MP3NumberOne' or 'ContentDownload', if it exists.
Exit the registry editor. Restart your computer.
Start Windows Explorer and delete:
C:\Windows\System32 \MSA64CHK.DLL
C:\Windows\System32 \msapasrc.dll
