Bonjour,
J'ai un imprimante Brother MFC 210C, je viens de changer ma cartouche d'encre noir et mon imprimante dit que celle-ci est vide pourquoi ? Elle est pourtant neuve. Que dois-je faire

Est-ce que tu es sûr de l'avoir correctement inséré, l'imprimante a-t-elle "travaillé" après l'avoir inséré.
Est-ce qu'il y avait une languette a retirer avant d'insérer la cartouche ?
As-tu secoué la cartouche avant de la mettre ?

Oui j'ai imprimé beaucoup de pages avec autres couleurs depuis et je secoue toujours mes cartouches avant de les installer tout semble ok mais elle voit pas que ma cartouche est pleine

oui il y avait une languette et oui j'ai secoué la cartouche
bonsoir pouvez vous me dire si la cartouche est entierement noir ou s'il i a des surfaces d'autre couleur
par ce que apparement on peut mêtre du ruban adesif sur les surfaces non noires ou prendre un feutre noir et colorier les surfaces

re bonsoir il disen de mêtre du scotch du coté ou il i a les sensor
moi je n'ai pas d'imprim brother mais l'explication me semble tenir le pied
cest vrai sa resemble farfelu mais reguarde ici

The BLACK INK EMPTY message was giving me problems in my Brother MFC-7300c but I did find a solution on the internet some time ago. Black electrical tape was the answer and it’s because the tape is BLACK. Even if I put black tape on an empty cartage the printer will still try to print.
The tape goes on the side of the cartage that faces the back of the printer (where the sensor must be). I was even able to refill a back cartage and reuse it. I don't think this will work with the color cartridges but the printer will still print with empty color cartridges anyhow.
