Au prise avec Win32 Trojan

Bonjour,
Je suis assez nulle en virus informatique. En cherchant de l'aide pour traiter des vidéos, j'ai collecté en route ce foutu virus.

Les mises-à-jour automatiques de Windows ne se font plus. Je suis allée voir sur le site de Windows et fait ce qu'il me conseillait mais cela n'a pas fonctionné. Aussi, en ouvrant mon ordi, donc au démarrage de Windows, j'ai le message d'avertissement suivant :

J'ai regardé un peu les explications données sur ce site dans les rapports précédents mais je n'ai pas tout compris car les actions que j'ai essayé de prendre n'ont pas donné de résultat.
J'ai désinstallé Avast Antivirus et installé Antivir. J'ai aussi installé Spyware Doctor. J’ai fait scanné mon ordi par Spyware Doctor et nettoyé ce qu’il m’a dit.
Puis j’ai démarré mon ordi en mode sans échec et fait scanné le tout par Antivir. Il n’avait rien trouvé. Ensuite j’ai redémarré en mode normal et refait scanné par Antivir et là il a trouvé deux fichiers infectés. Je les ai fait détruire.
Mais il y a des fenêtres qui s’ouvrent sans arrêt quand je vais sur le Net et c’est très très lent!Aussi, mon problème de mise à jour de Windows n’est pas réglé. De plus, je ne suis plus capable d’aller sur hotmail.

si tu paye pas vire spyware doctor c'est pas terrible

MalwareByte's Anti-Malware et vire ce qui est trouvé et colle le rapport

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.


déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

je vois une infection dans ton rapport...

Télécharger sur le bureau malware bytes : http://ww.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware?thread


= double-clic sur mbam-setup pour lancer l'installation
= Installer simplement sans rien modifier
= Quand le programme lancé ==> faire une mise à jour ensuite cocher Exécuter un examen complet
= Clic Rechercher
= Eventuellement décocher les disque à ne pas analyser
= Clic Lancer l'examen
= En fin de scan , si infection trouvée
==> Clic Afficher résultat
= Fermer vos applications en cours
= Vérifier si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection

un rapport s'ouvre le copier et le coller dans la réponse

Puis redémarrer le pc !!

Et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

Téléchargez sur le bureau virtumundobegone :
http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe

déconnectez internet et désactivez ton antivirus le temps de la manipulation



=> Double clic sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe
=> Clic Continue ==> clic Start
=> Clic Oui
=> A la fin si Vundo est présent , le PC s’éteint et redémarre
- Si Ecran bleu et message : Erreur fatale .. pas de problème
=> Postez le rapport VBG.TXT qui est sur le bureau

ensuite refaites un nouveau rapport hijackthis svp

relancez hijackthis en cliquant sur scan only et cochez cette ligne :

O20 - Winlogon Notify: khfCvTkH - khfCvTkH.dll (file missing)

puis cliquez sur fix checked.

Allez faire la mise à niveau d adobe reader à cette adresse :

adobe reader XP : http://www.clubic.com/lancer-le-telechargement-37823-0-adobe-reader-acrobat.html

et désinstallez la version antérieures adobe reader 5.0.

ensuite exécutez ce programme :

trojan remover : https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Securite/antivirus-antitrojan/fiches/12884.html

Et téléchargez a-squared free 3.5 à cette adresse : https://www.emsisoft.com/fr/

faites la mise à jour et analysez.

je reviendrai voir vos réponses et vous me direz si vous avez encore des problemes

Comme je n'avais pas d'instruction quant à la manière de traiter ces "choses" malveillantes, je les ai mises en quarantaine. Je m'excuse de mon ignorance à ce sujet.
Comme je ne savais pas si je devais ou non interrompre mon antivirus, je l'ai donc laisser fonctionner (j'avais peur de voir l'infection revenir au galop!). Cependant, il a réagit à quelques reprises pour me signaler qu'un malware essayait d'entrer et qu'il refusait l'accès à ce dernier, je cliquais sur "oui".

Au démarrage de mon ordi, juste avant que Windows démarre, il y a une mise en garde qui s'affiche et se lit comme suit:
Primary Slave Hard Disk Error
Press F1 to resume

En presant cette clef, Windows démarre et tout semble fonctionner, enfin pour le peu que je puisse voir car pour le moment je n'ose pas trop faire d'essai.
C'est la chose la plus stressante que j'ai eu à faire, j'en ai des nausées!!!!

Encore une fois MERCI ... je n'en revient tout simplement pas de votre extraordinaire générosité et de vos incalculables connaissances.

vous pouvez aller tout vider de la quarantaine d a-squared...

et refaire une analyse avec malwarebytes en mode sans échec

Dans mon menu "Démarrer" la fonction "Exécuter" avait disparue .... ELEE EST MAINTANANT DE RETOUR!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHH ... mon ordi est maintenant totalement muet!?!
J'ai voulu écouter les enregistrements de mon fils et on me dit que l'audio de mon ordi pose problème. Les maliciels qui avaient squaté mon ordi en ont-ils détruit la carte de soni?

C'est désolant!!!! Je les DÉTESTE ... voilà, je l'ai dit!

Je suis tout juste de retour de l'hôpital (je vis en symbiose avec mon ordi! Hahaha) et mon anivirus " Antivir Guard m'avais laissé une allerte:
C;/System Volume Information/.../A0041539.dll
Nom du virus: TR/Trash.Gen

J'ai dénié l'accès à ce vaurien ... mais cela signifie qu'il est encore là, n'est-ce pas?

J'ai vider la quarantaine de a-squared comme vous me le demandiez et j'avais, hier soir avant le dodo, désinstallé Adobe5 et installé Adobe 8 ... aurais-je fait une erreur? Le racourci vers Adobe8 est bien sur mon Bureau!
J'ai aussi pu réactiver les mise à jour automatiques de Windows!!!!! C'EST SUPER ....

Je vais maintanant faire un balayage avec Malware en mode sans échec et reviendrai vous poster le raport.

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.


déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Merci pour votre intervention dans ce problème. Je vais faire de mon mieux. En attendant, j'ai imprimé le tutoriel et je vais installer la console de récupération sur le disque.
C'est hyper stressant ... juste lire le tutoriel donne mal au ventre!

Très cher Jlpjlp,

Il y a des orages électriques ici et je crois que je ne vais pas prendre de chance avec le "Combofix" tant que ces orages resteront menaçants.

En attendant ... je m'informe:

Y a-t-il des risques de perte de données?
Y a-t-il des risque de perdre mon ordi?
Si je ne peux ouvrir Windows après le passage du "Combofix', comment faire pour communiquer avec vous?

Je sais que pour vous cela semble enfantin mais pour moi ... c'est ... TRÈS COMPLEXE.

si cela plante tu restaure ton ordi avant l'utilisation de combofix:

ou tu demarre en mode sans echec : appuyer plusieurs fois sur F8 au demarrage de l'ordi et tu chosi le mode sans echec avec prise du reseau

Salutations à vous,

J'ai finalement dû faire réparer mon ordi. La surcharge de travaille occasionnée par le virus sur un de mes deux disques durs à eu raison de sa solidité. Je suis désolée de la lenteur à répondre ... il y a eu beaucoup de problèmes pour réparer mon pôôôôvre ordi (disque dur et carte de son). Tout semble aller bien maintenant.

Je veux vous dire un GROS merci ... vous n'êtes nullement en cause dans cet échec.

Je garde ce site pour référence d'aide car c'est vraiment extra.
