il y'a bien une option --without-gd dans le ./configure.
comment je peix résoudre cela sans avoir à recomplier?

Salut.
Si tu fais un script php contenant la fonction phpinfos() tu verras la configuration de ton serveur php. Généralement php est installé avec l'option pour gd précompilée.
Vérifie que ce soit bien le cas.
Il me semble par ailleurs que ce soit normal de trouver libgd.so et non gd.so.
