AoC et Nvidia 9800GT

Bonjour,

Je poste ce message pour un membre de ma team. Celui-ci vient de changer son PC et il c'est fait plaisir avec une belle carte graphique la 9800GT.

Il tourne sous Windows XP a ma connaissance et a pour carte mére une asus P5N. Le processeur est un double coeur intel, je lui redemanderai la référence pour vous l'indiquer. Il a 4 Go de Ram.

En somme une belle machine. Il joue essentiellement a des MMOs mais a crysis qui tout comme l'essentielle de ses MMOs fonctionnent avec un FPS supérieur a 60 et tout va bien de ce coté. Sauf qu'un seul jeu refuse de rentrer dans ce monde féerique du FPs de haute valeur, "Age of Conan", le nouveau MMO.

Sur ce dernier, il se retrouve avec un FPS qui oscille entre 5 et 25. Alors que d'autres membres de notre équipe possédant la même carte graphique sur ce jeu, oscille avec un FPS de 50 a 150.

Il posséde une alimentation de 700W.

Nous avons vérifier, il a mis a jour sur les derniers pilotes, tout les branchements sont OK.

Alors est ce que l'un d'entre vous aurait une idée? Une piste a suivre, nous sechons pourquoi exclusivement sur ce jeu?

PS: A noter qu'au départ il était avec un FPS de a 10 et qu'il a réussit a augmenter celui-ci à 25 par moment en bidouillant dans le bios.

    Vérifier si il n'y as pas de virus ou autres merdes.

    Le systéme a été formater avant de toute ré-installer.

    Mais nous lui fairons faire une vérification anti-virus.

      C'est possible que ce soit le processeur. M'enfin vu le reste de la config sa m'étonneré que ce un petit processeur.
      Faudrait que tu donne le nom du processeur et la fréquence.

    Ba au moins on est sur que c'est pas son processeur. Faut voir au niveau des taches de fond, antivirus, firewall...
    Les mises à jour du jeux on été faite?

    Les mises a jour sont faite pour le jeu.

    En mémoire physique disponible 897 732 de dispo le jeu lancé.

    1Go 02 en fichier d'échange, qui représente 25% du fichier totale.

    Et que l'antivirus (nodd32) et le parefeu de windows, ne consomme quasiment rien.

    De plus je le rappelle sur les autres MMO et jeux Offline tout marche normalement.

      Il faudrait qu'il remette les graphismes par défaut détecter pour sa config. Si sa se trouve il a modifier une option toute bête qui suffit à déstabiliser le jeu.

    On va lui faire vérifier, mais a priori, il a mis la config basse du jeu sans rien retoucher et il dépasse pas le 15 images par seconde.

    C'est bien pour sa qu'on pose la question ici ^^ Car c'est bizarre et que personne n'a trouver d'où sa venait et pourquoi uniquement pour lui sur AoC, car d'autres membres de notre équipe on la même carte graphique et pour eux sa fonctionne impec.

    Personne n'aurait donc d'idée du pourquoi et du comment lui solutionner ce problème?

    Bon ben en cherchant un peu j'ai vu que ce jeu avait l'air d'être assez mal optimisé. De ce fait il suffit qu'il y est un composant de telle marque qui soit peu compatible avec le jeu pour en arrivé à ces performances. C'est peut-être pour ca que les autre membre de la team n'ont pas ce probleme. Il n'ont pas exactement la même config.
    Il faudrait qu'il essaye en mettant les shaders 2.0 au lieu des 3.0.

    Il joue actuellement en shader 2.0 et le problème n' pas été résolu. Mais ta piste me semble logique, c'est a creuser.

    Sa pourrait si la piste est bonne être améliorer uniquement par un futur patch du jeu.

    Continuons tout de même a réfléchir a d'autres pistes.

      Est-ce-que par hazard il n'aurait pas un programme qui s'appelle asus game OSD sur son pc. Essayer de le désinstaller et voir ce qui ce passe.
