Hello,

Little problem: the hood open message keeps displaying all the time even when it is closed!

I have unplugged and re-plugged the machine but the message persists, thank you in advance if you have a tip
to solve the issue
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.14

    I have exactly the same problem, so I can no longer use either the printer or the scanner!
    If you have found a solution, I would appreciate it because I am quite frustrated. Thank you.

    Hello, for the open hood it's the hood closing switch that is broken. I had the same issue, I fixed it.
