Hello,
I just replaced an ink cartridge on my printer
it's an HP Photosmart 5510
and I can't print documents anymore
I get a message saying "printer cover open"
but it's properly closed
I have opened and closed it several times... still the same message
note that the printer works in copy mode
can you help me?

    Hello ....

    Have you tried removing and then reinserting all the cartridges ... and do this several times if the first attempt fails ..

      Hello, yes, I tried, but it didn't work...
      In a last-ditch effort, last night before going to bed, I unplugged everything... and this morning it works!!!
