Message on lexmark printer

Solved

Remove standard saturated paper! from the Lexmark printer screen, and yet I have removed all the paper from tray 1 and tray 2. I even unplugged the PC, and yet I still have this message on the printer screen, which is blocked!
How can I fix this? Thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    Great, thanks, it works.

So it was the sensor of the upper tray that detected if there were too many leaves that was causing the problem; for me, it was broken. I put a bit of glue to cover it, and now it's working fine.

    Hello;
I had the same problem. This is due to the small right arm that guides the paper output above. It is the one that detects if too much paper has been fed out.
So you need to put it back in place or secure it.

    Hello Alex...
In order to try to help you... we need to know..... the model of this printer....
At first glance, I think a "switch" detecting too many sheets in the output tray may be stuck.
Give the references we can see so we can find some information from Lexmark.
    See you later

Est-ce que ça prend les deux cartouches pour que mon imprimante X74-75 fonctionne ? Par exemple, si je veux envoyer une image par e-mail, avec une cartouche pleine, comme des télécopies ?

    Hello,

I have exactly the same problem as Alex with the same printer.

The issue is resolved, but the link support.lexmark is dead.
Could someone provide a brief description of the solution?

    Lexmark E352Dn

    Thank you
