PC blocked after an intrusive window (PC APP STORE)
SolvedHello,
While trying to download yesterday evening on my new computer (W11) some free and offline traditional card games (solitaire, spider solitaire, mahjong) as I did on my previous computers (W7 and W10), a window appeared: PC APP STORE - Create your account) The fields to fill seem usable: it changes appearance when you click on it (not interested, I did not fill any), and I tried to close the page, but all my attempts were in vain. I tried to uninstall the program: impossible (wait for the process to finish...). Note that behind this invitation to create an account, a video (advertisement or other) is scrolling.
The icons on the taskbar are accessible, but do not respond (except the one to shut down or restart the PC) when I click on them (at least no action is visible since the PC APP STORE page hides everything that could possibly happen underneath...)
When I log out and log back in (Ctrl+Alt+Del), the desktop reappears normally, then after 2-3 seconds the PC APP STORE window appears again, preventing me from accessing my desk and it is always impossible to close and/or delete it.
When I restart the PC normally, the same thing happens: sign-in - desktop appears normally, then intrusive window bursts in.
Please tell me what I should do to get rid of this problem...
This message is, of course, sent from another computer.

Hello .
Disconnect the broadband box so the PC is no longer connected to the Internet, restart the PC, then open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del, end the PC App Store process, uninstall PC App Store with Uninstalr.

Hello,
Check with RegRun Reanimator by marking false positives in green to start, (In all tabs) then proceed to delete all malicious items in all tabs again, up to the Final > Restart tab
I can guide you with data if needed, or screenshots, just in case...

If you feel more comfortable in Safe Mode with Networking to remove these ...There are at least three methods.
The first and second involve booting into WinRE, you must go to Settings > System > Recovery > Advanced startup > Restart now... (Or crash the PC 3 times in a row with the power button)
Then in WinRE (In Recovery), > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Safe Mode with Networking
The third
Right-click the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin)
Type: CMD
Enter the command:
bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy
Then you will be able to boot into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key just before Windows starts
