I found a great trick that I would like to share with you:
you will need:
-10 creativity points (every morning between 6 AM and 7 AM go to the secret tunnel behind the prison poster and buy milkshakes from the ninja and the rose will give you 2000 clo!)
-A piece of petrified wood (also in the secret tunnel leading to the bayou) as soon as you have it, save your game
-A large workbench (in the sims neighborhood buy the most expensive one, that’s the one)
carve the petrified wood if it’s a large ball, save your game if it’s small, turn off your console and start again
carve the large one if it’s a wooden David, save your game if it’s something else, start over
after go to the store in urbania between 5 PM and 7 PM (it’s the auctions) buy something at the auction and sell your David
-buy it back at the auction and sell it buy it back and sell it etc
a wooden David is bought for 5400 § and if you buy it back at the auction it will only cost you about 10 to 50 §
instead of 8400 § at the auction, I made 500,000 § with this! good luck

I will answer all your questions:
There is no code to get A LOT OF MONEY (nor for the missions that the inhabitants ask you to complete because otherwise there would be no game!!!) in the city you are in, but if you want more money, do like me: buy yourself (when you find it) an easel at the second-hand shop!
That way you can paint canvases and sell them!!
You can't have all your bars maxed out... unless you’re a cheapskate and have finished the game, Leo Phéas will give you a machine that completely revitalizes you :)
The pearls, you can find them in Lucien Naval's boat, in the "pizza_bar" of Urbania, next to the university, and in other places, but there... memory gap xD
For the motorcycle, when you unlock the mini-game thanks to Ewan, you can only play it as a mini-game. After that, in mission 3, the second square, you will need to: get 5 creativity points, Rel 50 for Ewan, challenge and beat Rocky Road on the motorcycle. And if you beat him, he will give you his motorcycle that you can use as a means of transport in the cities.

First of all, there are codes to get 999,999§ and to make the bars always green, and to have all the items in your pockets x99, and also to have all the skills and max reputation with each group, but for that, you need a DS Action Replay!! I know this because I have one, it costs 30 euros, and it's sold in supermarkets. If the codes are not already included, go to www.codejunkies.com and type in DS and Urbz, you'll see!!! Read the manual carefully; when you don't know how to use it, it's complicated, but you just need to add codes and games. It works with ALL DS games!!! Hi, I saw that some people are more advanced than me, so I wanted to know where the Paradise Island map is... I searched everywhere, but the only map I found was the Genome Island map in the trash in front of the university!!! WHERE IS THE PARADISE ISLAND MAP ?????? To get the hovercraft, you need to talk to Yann Ahmar who is at the university. Then head to the port of the Glass City (take the street after the town hall and turn right immediately)! When you are on the hovercraft, turn immediately to your right and then baa... it's the island of the coypu!!

To find help in the mission, you need to have a +50 relationship with a little monkey. That answers your question. Then, when the Genome Island is finished being built, Futo Maki will ask you to find a milkshake maker, which is Jack Levendeur.

To distract mini féhas, you must go to the carnival where he is located and you should try to pass between the bars with your animal without getting caught. =) it's me again! I finished the game.. well, almost!! I'm just missing finding 100 piles of trash to clean up the city. The problem is that there's no way to find a single one!! At the beginning of the game, we found them all over Urbania and now there's nothing! Il faut aller dans la ville de verre, il y a une poubelle ou plusieurs poubelles et normalement à côté des poubelles, il y a des ordures qu'il faut ramasser. Je crois qu'on peut les ramasser (je crois car je ne suis pas à la fin, ou vers la fin, je suis qu'à la 6ème mission ou 5ème, je ne peux que te dire ça, sinon après il faut chercher ou rechercher des astuces sur d'autres sites).
