Un CooKie Super Résistant à décoler !

Bonjour, a tous et merci de votre attention :)
Ayant formaté mon ordinateur très récemment, j'ai procédé à la réinstallation de tous mes programmes habituels.
malheureusement entre temps j'ai chopé un truc pas super : dès que j'ouvre un outils employant l'outil explorer.exe de windows, ou Internet Explorer avec iexplore.exe : un message assez lourd en ressources me dit : " C:/windows/explorer.exe " et me fait planté. je suis alors obligé de CTRL-ALT-SUPP gestionnaire des taches, puis terminer le processus explorer.exe et ensuite le reéxécuté pour retrouver ma barre des taches et fermer la fenêtre intempestive.

Les scan Zone Alarme , No Adware , CCleaner , a2AntiMalware , spywareblasters , SpywareTerminator , et NOD32 n'ont été d'aucune efficacité.
